I bought this for my nephew's 6th birthday---kindergarten and although requiring some assistance, he was fascinated. It was his favorite gift. I would definitely recommend the book. He picks it up every week or so and completes more. As a family, we enjoy reading what he wrote and discussing it with him. This is a keepsake that we will
This book is great for thinking & feeling, giving as a gift, recreational reading

Secret Stuff for Boys Only !

This book was a HIT !!! My son is thrilled. He REALLY enjoyed having EXCLUSIVE access to all of the SECRETs. The best part is it comes with a lock and key !! So, no mom's/ girls allowed. ;) But, it's taken him great effort to NOT share the secret details with me. haha!!! My 3rd grade son makes comments like, " Coool ! Hey, Mom, listen to this! Oh, well, no! Nevermind! I can't tell you; you're a girl! This is boys ONLY SECRET stuff ! " and..." Hey, Mom! I need some corn meal to make slime. Oops! I mean, Mom, Can you buy some cornmeal for a secret mission ?" ( Mom tip: have cornmeal on hand ,so as not to DELAY a TOP SECRET Mission/activity) Also, use a key chain for the tiny key...SUCH things are tough for a little boy to keep track of when he's focused on such important secret's ! This book does get him thinking, yet in a way that's way cooler than a girlie diary.
This book is great for giving as a gift, thinking & feeling, recreational reading
I'd recommend this book for reluctant readers, boys, inquisitive readers, active learners, secret agents
